Parker is 5 months!

Parker turned 5 months on the Sunday before Thanksgiving.  He is getting so big!  At 5 months, Parker ...

- is becoming more mobile.  He is super close to rolling from his back to his belly, and he loves to spin in circles in his crib (and has started waking up in the middle of the night to practice his new moves);
- loves to feel different textures;
- taste tests everything he can gets his hands on;
- loves his solid food.  He has tried rice cereal, oatmeal cereal, pears, apples, sweet potatoes, and squash and has liked them all (except the squash);
- enjoys sitting up in his bumbo so he can check everything out and can sit in a tripod position on his own for short amounts of time;
- loves to blow bubbles and squeal, especially when Jackson comes over to talk to him;
- was sleeping through the night until a couple of days ago (and hopefully will go back to sleeping), and takes 2-3 naps per day;
- loves being outside;
- loves bath time and is starting to be a pretty epic splasher!

I tried to do a photo shoot with Parker on the day he turned 5 months.  However, we were kind of unsuccessful.  

The buckle in his bumbo was waaaaay too interesting, ... 

... and he just gave looked at me funny when I laid him on the floor, ... 

... but we finally got a couple cute ones when he sat on the couch, before he decided sitting up was too much effort and toppled over every time we propped him up!
